Unwelcome Neighborhood Guests...

I'm certain you've noticed them. The towers that are a complete eyesore popping up seemingly overnight in residential areas.


That's 5G, My Friends. And it's paving the way for 6G.


Turns out, the fun we're all having on social media...posting pictures of our favorite meals and the convenience of ordering takeout on a phone is coming at a great cost...


TO OUR HEALTH


Those towers emit an electromagnetic field which is referred to as EMF's. Quite simply it's a form of radiation. Since, as human beings we have our own electromagnetic frequency, the body registers it as interference. And the interference wreaks havoc on the body in terms of oxidative stress, wrecked cellular health and dysfunctional metabolism. It's like a radio playing a beautiful, classical music song and someone comes over and stands by it and plugs in a toaster. All of a sudden, the beautiful song that was playing is jumbled gobbledygook. You can probably barely make out the song being played underneath the static.

That's what's happening to our bodies.


Our cells perform their functions with the grace of a symphony. Executing a million functions every second of every day. These cell towers and the EMF's they emit are like the toaster someone plugged in while standing nearby. Now the cells can't communicate as efficiently. Metabolism breaks down. And what that looks like on a basic level is headaches, anxiety, insomnia, diabetes and other diseases. And yes, the dreaded "C" word.


Most experts recommend at least a quarter mile distance from these towers for everyday activities like work, school, and children's play. The farther away the better since the strength of the signal drops off with distance. There are other things you can do if you happen to live nearby a tower. They make a special paint that can help. You can also purchase EMF blocking devices that plug in the wall. There are also curtains and blankets you can purchase that will offer some protection. And of course, the best defense is a strong offense. Make your health your priority. Run your plate through the garden every time you eat. And try to make it a habit to get sunlight and physical activity as often as you can.


If you are wondering what the EMF levels are in and around your home (Wi-Fi and utility smart meters also emit a lower level of EMFs), you can purchase an EMF meter. If your levels are high, you might want to consider some level of mitigation.
