The concept of manifestation is more closely tied to self actualization (which is a fancy way for saying God's will for your life), your beliefs, and your faith.
Be you as fully and completely as you can, *at the highest version you possibly can, and every thing that is for you will come to you. This is the easiest way to manifest. I placed an asterisk on the above phrase because that's a really important part. You can't stay the same or not be willing to grow and expect good things to come. You'd be out of congruence or not aligned and that's a violation of God's law. It's why the majority of lottery winners end up broke. They don't evolve themselves.
Being human can be complicated but if we could just embrace this understanding, it would be enough to see some fairly big shifts in our life. Our job is to uncover our God-selves and we do that by surrendering who we were and what we used to think, to someone new. As we do that, little by little God's will for our lives will be revealed and manifestation will become a natural by-product of you living your life well.
When our beliefs change, our life does. That's the way God has designed us.
Pay attention to what comes out of your mouth. It shows exactly what your beliefs are. Not only that, every time you speak it you entrain that belief and re-wire your entire life experience to reflect it.
