Embracing Self-Care as an Act of Self-Love

Self-care is self-love.

Women are the caretakers of the planet. As such, we tend to take care of ourselves AFTER we've taken care of everyone else.

Self-love is a requirement for living a fulfilled life. It is foundational to the manifestation process because it speaks to how much we value ourselves. We cannot create a life we love if we subconsciously question our worthiness. There's a direct correlation between self-love and self-care. Honoring ourselves screams to the universe that "I matter and I am certain of my own value!" The Universe will respond favorably to that belief.

Take time to nurture yourself. When we are our best we have more to give to everyone around us and we've laid a solid foundation to begin attracting our visions, goals and dreams.
